1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StreamVal platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StreamVal is a cloud-based property valuation management platform designed for valuation firms and brokerages in the United Arab Emirates. The Service includes job management, conflict of interest checking, mobile inspection tools, compliant report generation, automated bank reporting, and license compliance tracking.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. StreamVal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent valuation data
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised individuals

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including property information, valuation reports, inspection records, and documents. StreamVal does not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and branding, is the property of StreamVal and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of any planned downtime that may affect your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamVal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. StreamVal does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that it will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform assists with regulatory compliance but does not constitute legal or regulatory advice.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. StreamVal may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide you with a reasonable period to export your data before permanent deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
